After graduating with a degree in environmental science, Peter Winch spent 2 years working to stop whaling working with Sea Shepherd. Since then he has spent 20 years in California working as a biologist, educator, and environmentalist.
He currently works as an education specialist for The Greater Farallones National Marine Sanctuary.
As a self taught artist and photographer, his passion for nature and conservation has manifested itself in an array of different images and creative projects.
Peter's latest project, "The Giant Ocean Coloring Book" is a unique hand painted and stenciled set of ocean animal illustrations.
